i need help please

I feel you may feel better by actually talking to someone, having another voice in the room.

what is making you feel so sick by writing?

I don't know everything is just like ahhhncsh a tsunami of emotions idk how to explain it

I hear you. Can you go to a different gp to get a referral to a counsellor or call the helpline to talk to someone. Sometimes it helps to hear a voice, and they are trained professionals so they will be able to guide you in the right direction. There is nothing wrong with seeing a counselor, you have held into so much grief and anger i feel, and you can only take so much before it overflows. You have been so strong and now it is ok to ask for some help.

Have you spoken to your mum again at all or tried headspace again?

Here for you Jackson and really want to see you get back to your normal self.

Last night was just awful it was mix of panic, complete confusion and I was just a gigantic mess in general.

Havent seen mum in a couple of days.

I just want to talk to someone about stuff, not even the bad stuff, just things.

Hey Jackson,

I was just about to post to see how you were going today. I know last night was tough, how was today? Did you go to work?

Yeah I went to work CMF, my boss told me he is taking leave and will be away the three weeks of next month and wants to put me in charge, I'll have a little help too - He's going to help me out with stuff I already don't know but i think I have most things down pat. It's a good opportunity. Just hope I don't freak out.

It's a good opportunity and great experience. I know how has left you in charge before, is this the longest he's been away? It says a lot when the owner of the business leaves you in charge. He obviously trusts you and has a lot of faith in you. How many others work with you?

yeah its really only been a day or two here and there so this is the longest, there is 10 of us. im looking forward to it.

wow, that's pretty cool. Is he there all the time as well? He might make you manager.

Do you need to do rosters as well? Must be a big cafe.

yeah so the 10 we have includes the manager, and a couple of casuals that are only there once a week on weekends etc, so we have about 7 main staff including me, i'll need to do rosters but ours is pretty much always the same week to week, so its not hard, just keep it as it is and adjust it if need be. yeah he's there pretty much all the time, so it will be interesting to see what happens at the end of the three weeks, might turn into something.
