Hi Mark
It is lovely to hear from you although I am feeling like you are very very flat and are not feeling very well at all.
Are you OK my friend? I understand that your issues with your loss of your friends has such a huge impact on you and it is so very painful for you and I am so very very sorry and wish there was some way to help.
Is there a chance that you could get out in the garden today and do something with those magnificent flowers.
Chat soon Mark

Hi Mark
I am so sorry to hear that you are feeling flat at the moment and I have been thinking about you alot and wondering how you are and noticing that you have been quiet on the posting front.
Is there anything that is specifically bothering you at the moment that you wanted to talk about, other than your daily struggle with missing and grieving your friends? I am here to chat and to try my best to be your friend and over a warm conversation and some support to you Mark, I hope I can help you.
I went to the movies with my son last night, that was fun and I am wearing glasses today for the first time too so that is proving to be interesting today.
Do you have anything planned for today?
Hope to chat to you soon Mark.

Hi Sarah,I am missing my friend more then anything, its the hardest thing when you know you know you will never see someone again,i know you are going through that as well.
I found out yesterday that my daughters friend lost her battle with mental illness, she was 18.
My son saw the specialist yesterday and the blood test results didnt come back to good.Shes diagnising him with another mental illness, needs more test and it looks like it is what my daughters friend had.It is getting really scarey and i am scared what the future holds for him.
My weeks are just filled with appointments with my kids and my ex.I cant find time to make appointments for my self, its just to hard.
My daughter sees the specialist next week and shes not going to good neither this week.
I feeling so down at the moment and dont want to lose you by messaging you to much,i get obsessed and then lose that friendship.

HI Mark
So lovely to chat to you and I can hear how sad you are today, I am so so very sorry that you daughter lost a friend last night, when you say mental illness I am thinking suicide but I am not sure. I hope that your daughter is ok and that you are able to talk to her about her feelings as she will need you now.
You sure do have alot on at the moment and it sounds like your kids are going through alot too, I hope that you are able to spend some time with them and all be there for each other.
Please do not ever feel like you are messaging too much, I am only too happy to chat to you and be your friend and see if I can at least provide some support and words of comfort to you Mark. I have no idea how hard it must be to have kids with extra needs as well as be struggling yourself and I am so proud that you get up every day and face live and choose to do the day, as you are Mark and that is awesome.
It is so very hard to accept that we may never see someone again, and even worse when we have it confirmed, like death, it is so very distressing and so hard to work through. That is why we are all here though to support each other and let each other know how we are coping and to stay strong when all you want to do sometimes is fall in a heap!
Hugs to you Mark and I hope that the tests that come out from your son will provide you with some actions to be able to support him.
Talk anytime
Sarah

We have storms brewing here with lots of thunder and lighting. It was very hot and muggy today here.
I managed to do my grocery shopping today and the girl at the checkout said she was having a bad morning.I said I know whats thats like.I just like staying home these days,so busy in the real world.
