I think I'm going crazy. Can someone please help me?

Sitting alone in my car

alone in the dark

the streets are strangely deserted

and I'm alone

thinking

yearning

i don't know why

i want to freeze time

and stay here forever

Not alone Fiasco. That was me about an hour ago too. In the car in the dark. Sobbing.

It passes. Just give yourself time. Be gentle on yourself. And know we are all here with you.

Do you ever just realise that nothing means anything? That Life just goes on regardless? I've been having that feeling a lot. It's ok. I feel really calm about it. I don't know what i believe spiritually, but I know that whatever happens, the world keeps turning. In 100 years nothing I did will matter. Bad things happen, good things happen. Days keep marching on. Nothing will change it. Nothing matters.

totally get how you are feeling

i ve been where you are more than once. I know it's hard to believe or trust docs, psychs etc when u feel like this but you can trust all the people here who are supporting you because we know how u feel and we know it will get better

Time to call whoever u can that will hold u hand and get u through
