Feeling desperate to make this stop

Hi there, this is my first post which is really scary. Anyway I am not good feeling really depressed and anxious . I have tried everything psychiatrists, psychologists. Mental health nurses. Medication , I even spent 4 weeks in mental hospital to have tms which obviously didn’t work . Anyway feeling like life isn’t worth living . I feel like I have had enough of this battle called life . No matter what I try nothing works . I couldn’t be more of a joke and a waste of space really what’s the point I am never going it get better . Do people ever truly get better?

Substance abuse is very difficult. Unfortuantly not much can be done until he wants to.
If he is suicidal, is there a way you can get him help that way?

How are you coping today? It must be so hard watching your son struggle with substance abuse. Are there rehab facilities where you are? Would he be open to attending something like that?

I hope and pray he comes to his senses and reaches out for help. You are so brave to be dealing with all of this.

Sorry I haven’t posted . Things aren’t that great emotionally . It’s really hard to talk about it.

I haven’t been back to the psychologist or the gp there is a long waiting time .

Honestly there isn’t any point anyway .

Thank you for your lovely post. I am sorry things are so hard for you emotionally. You have such a lot on your plate it is little wonder.

It’s okay if you find it too hard to share at the moment as I understand if you don’t always post straight away.

Try and find ways to distract yourself or go for a walk whenever you can. Also do something nice for yourself when you have one of your calmer days such as visiting the animals 🦘

I’m going to the movies tomorrow to see Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Hopefully it’s better than The Fast and the Furious! Will let you know how it goes.

Well the movie was dreadful- so bad I actually thought about leaving part way through! Wayne wasn’t impressed either as I picked it.

I usually check to see what the movie is about or watch the trailer, but didn’t this time. Won’t make that mistake again lol!

So how are things with you? What did you get up to? Hope your son has settled down a bit.

Dear Jojo,

I hope you had a lovely day and really enjoyed the movie .

I cant really talk about work or anything . It’s not good.

I am feeling extremely overwhelmed and agitated. My depression is consuming me . I am not getting any sleep . I have a psychologist appointment on Thursday . Really what’s the point anyway . I can’t be fixed . Nothing can be fixed . They can’t take away how much I detest myself and what I have become .

I haven’t seen anymore koala’s that was my first in 10 years living in my home but I could really do with some .
