Feeling desperate to make this stop

Hi there, this is my first post which is really scary. Anyway I am not good feeling really depressed and anxious . I have tried everything psychiatrists, psychologists. Mental health nurses. Medication , I even spent 4 weeks in mental hospital to have tms which obviously didn’t work . Anyway feeling like life isn’t worth living . I feel like I have had enough of this battle called life . No matter what I try nothing works . I couldn’t be more of a joke and a waste of space really what’s the point I am never going it get better . Do people ever truly get better?

I totally sympathise with you worrying about your kids. Does this happen often? It must cause you a lot of extra stress. I suppose it’s hard when they are at that age as they probably think they know it all?

I think the best you can do is to trust they will be safe, hard as that may be.

Dearest, wonderful Lilly,

I am so sorry, I hope and pray you made it through the night.
I also hope you managed to ring for help, I really really do.

Please please stop beating yourself up for your children's decisions. From where I sit they should be a little more supportive of you. I know from my experiences, I supported my mother no matter what, and she didn't care half as much as you obviously do.
Please put yourself first for a change. Please. You are my friend (and Jojo's). We value you so much. If you don't trust or believe in yourself, please believe us.
Jojo and you have north helped me immensely, and whilst I will struggle for a while, the difficult task of getting help hopefully means light at the end of the tunnel.

Please let us know if you are okay as we are all really worried about you. I hope you managed to speak to someone on the emergency numbers last night.

Try and find a way to see your GP today as your health is more important than work. I wish I could be there in person holding your hand and giving you a cuddle.

Its a pity your children are not supportive of you as they are very lucky to have you. You deserve better.

Dear Jojo ,

Sorry I haven’t let you all know I am ok. Straight after my last post last night . There was banging on the door by police .

One of my children has been in a serious car accident . I am still at the hospital . I haven’t slept .

I will post in a few days . Like I said the knocks keep coming .
