Have you tried doing word puzzles such as word searches or crosswords? Or suduko number puzzles? Or jigsaw puzzles? Or games on your phone?

Please hold on until your next GP appointment, and then until you see the trauma psychologist.
Could you take a sick day and see your GP sooner? See if you need to increase the dose of the sleeping tablet? If you are not sleeping properly that can make you feel really dreadful.
How is your appetite? Because if you are not eating that can also make you feel quite down.
