Hi everyone,We’ve heard from a few members that they’re not getting notifications when someone replies to a discussion they’re following. Both by email, and in their notification feed online. We understand how challenging this makes engaging in discussions in the community.We’ve raised this issue with the technology platform that the Beyond Blue Forums runs on so they can investigate and help us resolve this.If you’ve noticed anything odd with your notifications recently, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to reply to this post and let us know what’s happening. If you’d prefer to let us know privately you can email us at modsupport@beyondblue.org.auThe more detail you can share (like what kind of notification you were expecting, when it stopped, or what device/browser you’re using), the more it’ll help us identify the exact issue that needs fixing.Thanks so much for your patience. Hello all! I am new to this online forum. I would love to join a discussion in the mental health forum section. But, I can't figure out how to reply to someone's discussion post, or how to read other people's comments on a post. Where do I click to see the discussion threads?? And how do I add a comment?? Thank you, you tech savvy people out there

Hey Divine Goddess, this post is specifically for you!I was just thinking that if you didn't know how to read a thread/post, then you might not be able to access any answers provided - bit of a catch 22...I see you are okay accessing a TOPIC using the blue buttons and links, and have ably demonstrated how to start a conversation, but the thing you need to know is that most TITLES (and particularly those of threads posted) and basically anything written in blue, link to the content (- even the links at the bottom take you somewhere relevant) and from there it is easy to click the REPLY button (once signed in) to add your say.Just hover over everything to find a link.Have fun exploring and do check the FAQ if you haven't already.

I'm starting a new discussion because I am feeling totally lost with this new set up.I can' locate any of the old threads I used to feel comfort in reading and occasionally contributing to.I don't feel at all welcome in this new set up, far from it, I feel more disconnected than ever while at the same time people can see everything I have ever written, but I am having trouble contacting others!To anyone else who feels a little confused and unwelcome, I totally understand!I am disorientated and hope to feel more orientated somehow!I receive notifications, but when I click on them, I can't even find the notification.The Newest to Oldest option doesn't seem to work.I have commented on a couple pf other posts about my struggles with the new set up...but can't find those posts anywhere!It seems to me that if I start up this new discussion, then I should be able to find it under my own profile?Maybe I will just chat with myslef here for a while until I either figure this new system out of give up!
