Hi, welcome to the forums and thank you for reaching out to us.
Firstly, please understand there is no judgement from the community here, if something is important to you, we do our best to support you (no apologies necessary). You have said nothing to violate or trigger anyone and we can help you navigate the forums so you don't feel so out of your comfort zone.
Thank you for sharing a little of your story, it can be very daunting when you are first diagnosed but there is always hope for managing and healing your issues. It is very kind of you to want to help others here also.
From your words, can I assume you are in your teens? If this is the case I would like to point you to a section of the forums that is for young people where you may find some interesting conversations.
https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/young-people/bd-p/c1-sc4-b1
There are also two threads you may find helpful that the community has contributed to.
This one is on Anxiety
https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/anxiety/self-help-tips-for-managing-anxiety/td-p/50482
This one is on Depression
https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/depression/self-help-tips-for-managing-depression/td-p/46141
There is also a social zone for those times when you need a break from talking about mental health which you will find here
https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/bb-social-zone/bd-p/c1-sc1-b2
That should help a bit with the navigation of the forums (you will find your way around fairly quickly).
Please let us know how we can support you by replying to this post so we can continue the conversation. If you lose track of where this post is, go to the top of the page where you will see 'profile' (your profile) and you will see a notification if there is a reply to your post, there is also a button there called 'Your discussions' where you will find this post at any time.
Take care,
indigo

Hi sanitycheck12,
You sound like you are going through alot and it is overwhelming.
My story is a little different to yours, but long story short, I am always at the hospital for an autoimmune disease,or the GP,or the psychologist ect. I have mental health disorders aswell and they impact my everyday life too.
Sometimes I feel like I never get to sit down and just have a break. And I am always worrying about the next thing I have to do tomorrow. The mind just never gets to decompress and it is overwhelming and exhausting. Sleep is always to short.
The way you feel is valid, just like the way I feel is valid.
Mental health and Physical health are related,so if one is down, the other usually get effected too.
None of us walk in anyone else’s shoes,so we can’t judge. You are just as important as anyone else.
Why don’t you try doing some nice things for yourself? My secret love is watching shark movies where just about everyone gets eaten. Most of the story lines are so randomly stupid that in the end you kind of root for the shark to get them. But it cheers me up and gives my mind a chance to decompress. Don’t get me wrong though. I am NEVER swimming at the beach again, but it is fun for me.
Perhaps you can or already have a passion for something that can give you that downtime to decompress. Or perhaps you can explore a new one.
And maybe you can look at all the tests and stuff in a different way. If you are having these tests,at least you do know where you are healthy in your body. Most people will never know that until something unfortunate happens to them.
And you are now here on the forums, so you aren’t alone.
Just some food for thought,
ABC01

It sounds like you're dealing with a lot right now, and it's completely okay to reach out for support. Severe depression, anxiety, and ongoing medical tests are tough, and needing support is perfectly valid. It's great that you're open to sharing your story and looking to connect with others who might understand what you're going through.
Don’t worry about not knowing how things work here—everyone is learning and sharing their experiences. If you’re comfortable, sharing more about your journey can help others relate and offer support. And if you need someone to talk to or just want to hear others' stories, this is a good place for that.
Yeah, as @indigo22 states, there are useful conversations here: https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/young-people/bd-p/c1-sc4-b1
You’re not alone, and it’s okay to ask for help.
Take care,
