I have no energy anymore

I have nothing to live for, my psychiatrist put me on another pill when I went in to complain about and change the medication I’m on. Now I’m all doped up and nothing is changing. My ex is sending me videos of her with other guys. I’m so sad. I told my gp I’m suicidal and all he said was lower my dose of medication and wait 4 weeks. No one cares. I’m alone. I have nothing.

Bailey, how are you recently?

I'm sorry for all the pain you've been suffering. Did you find them helpful in sharing your feelings your thoughts? Or do they just sound like following a script? It sounds like not a very good time to be told to be proactive and push to achieve goals.

One of the acute health workers mentioned it sounds like I have borderline personality disorder, which I’m trying to understand at the moment

I don't have bpd but I've been diagnosed with a different personality disorder.

I feel like I resonate with it but at the same time it sounds like it’s kind if looked down upon, I hadn’t heard of it until a few days ago

There is a new movement of ppl who take pride in it and speak openly about it.

I believe in 5 years from now there will be ppl who are proud of this diagnosis, and how it connects to being terrorised over a period of time and how the trauma has impacted them.

Ignorant ppl look down upon it.
