This worked quite well on another forum site.
It may float or sink on this one. We'll find out.
Don't ask what you will win being the last to post, it will be something useless.
But have a go anyway.
I'm last to post so far. Am I a winner?

I am often considered the worst,
Yet, without me, you may be cursed.
I come after everyone else,
Leaving you feeling quite unwell.
What am I?

Aw that doesn't sound too good - but maybe it is my body beginning to attempt to digest a large & unhealthy meal? That could leave me feeling unwell.

Me, I don't mind being cursed, because I don't believe in them. I don't think it made any difference beng cursed by someone - I forget what the curse was about, so really,, whatever it was I don't feel the effects, if therre had been any. No warries.
As I've said before, I don't want to be last anyway. I don't want to be the one who has to clean up all the mess, even if I made most of it. Hehehe, getting mmMarshmallow goo off everything - just imagine!
So, no, if you are the last, I won't feel unwell about it at all. I'd miss your company, though, if you allow me to go too far ahead.
Anyhow, being last, I'd think you'd miss the hugzies.
mmMekitty, with hugzies.

All true, but remember it's just a riddle. And one of the lines made a reference to lucky last, so not all that bad.

"Lucky last", where'd it say that?
However, I'm not sure luck has anything to do with it either, not while you continue to lag behind, deliberately.
Anyway, here's some hugzies for today.

I might have read that into the second line.
how was your weekend?
went to the AFL on Friday, and if you heard about it, or watched it, the power went out in the last qtr.

Hi Wolfie
[LRC laughs - not caring a fig about AFL, rugby, Soccer or any other such field sport.]
People will remember that more than the game.
Long ago I saw some wheelchair Rugby & basketball, which I enjoyed. I didn't watch much then, & none now. It seems rather pointless not seeing what's going on for myself.
I've been on BB a little more this weekend. The weather was nicer Saturday & today. I'm going for an hour Saturday mornings to do more exercise at the gym at Sporting Wheelies. Knowing that this coming week will have some very warm days, I boiled up some eggs to hav ready to use. One of the eggs had cracked while cooking, so, I enjoyed making egg, lettuce, cheese & dukka mix toasties for lunch. Messy to eat, but yummy.
My life is not filled with exciting stuff.
I came across the book upon which Avatar the movie was based. It's Midworld by Alan Dean Foster. Don't ask me to tell you about it. Although I finished it Saturday morning before going for my work-out, I can't remember much of the plot or characters. That's okay - I will enjoy listening again!
Tonight, I have Terry Pratchett. I've forgotten much of that too, although I've listened to his books several times over. That's how my memory is going.
For things like movies, tv, books, & such, I don't remember much. They will seem familiar, but I won't be able to say what is going to happen in the next few seconds.
When I could read printed books, I retained more. Even so, I forgot a lot, & would enjoy reading my books several times.
I'm also trying to look into what possible housing options I might have as I get older & needing more care. I don't like where I am, but don't want anything smaller. Retirement villages have their appeal, & usually have people to look after gardens, lawns, maintenance of the housing, maybe some other facilities too.
I saw one which has a heated pool & a gym. That would be great! Just know if or how to afford a place like that. I don't know how much the other fees & charges they have would be either.
I'd very much like this concern to not be on my mind.
Early days, I suppose - thouh I saw one for 50+ & I am well past that!
Hugzies
