I've been listening to some D&D related podcasts recently - a sort of choose your own adventure type thing. For me, it is a just a good bit of escapism.
It's great when I get so thoroughly involved that I feel I have escaped for a while, losing track of time, & imagining scnes & characters while listening.
Too tired now, getting late, up tomorrow for more exercise. I hope my body complains less tomorrow, than it did last Saturday.
Maybe I could warm-up by running up & down a few of these trees beforehand.
