Yes I get that , fragmented memories is a good way to describe it ,

Sorry to hear that you have suffered trauma too ,

Would you like a brief lesson about how to talk with trauma sufferers? I won't be hard, I'll be nice.

Ok then , I'm ready to learn

Excellent news! I love to teach! and I am on your side, if sides exist at all!

Let's examine the following post analytically.

"Sorry to hear that you have suffered trauma too"

Are you sorry for hearing me? (at all) Probably not? but please just follow the process answering each question.

Are you sorry that I suffered trauma?

Are you sorry for hearing about my trauma?

How, if at all, could you empathisize with me, without being sorry at all?

That's some pretty heavy stuff, but it's my first lesson for you, as requested.

Great job. Thanks for sharing.

I don't want to communicate anymore , thanks anyway

Thanks for all you have already done. Be well in all ways.

Hi kitty , how are you today ?

Hi Rainshaddow, Sorry for the delay. I am doing well today. How about you? I went for a massive 11km hike today, so feeling a little pooped. But the exercise always makes me feel good.

Your last message said you have new medication but were worried about failing a drug test if you go for a job in the mines. I completely understand, I work in aviation and we are drug and alcohol tested frequently. You can ask your doctor if it would show up on a drug test? I’m not 100% sure but I don’t think antidepressants will. Something to look at, because let’s face it medication helps.

I am on antidepressants atm but they aren’t working to well, so I will have to organise to see my doctor to get them changed.
What did you get up to today?
