Dear Njanehel1~
Welcome here to the support Forum. It's been a few days since you posted, and waiting for a response is not easy. Unfortunatly our system does not always work as we would like, however please be assured the delay is nothing to do with you or the subject of your post.
I have an anxiety condition, and while it is much better than it was all the things you mention together with anxious thoughts sounds very familiar.
Actually one cannot jump strait in and conclude those symptoms are caused by anxiety - while they might well be there is always the possibility of a physical cause. As a result may I suggest you go see your doctor and have an examination? That way the cause can be established and the correct treatment given.
Assuming for a moment it is an anxiety condition I would expect it can be alleviated. I am, thanks to medical assistance, in a much better place now and my symptoms are under control.
For background information Beyond Blue has a lot on anxiety and its treatments here
https://www.beyondblue.org.au/the-facts/anxiety
In addition there is a very long information packed thread on what helps here
https://forums.beyondblue.org.au/t5/anxiety/self-help-tips-for-managing-anxiety/m-p/50482
However before going down this road please get medical confirmation first, together with any recommended treatment.
If you do have an anxiety condition I'll be happy to share what has helped me
I look forward to your reply

Thank you so much for replying, after several visits to ED , the doctors believe I’m experiencing withdrawal symptoms from a very strong medication for back & nerve pain / so doctor as suggested I go back on small doses to control symptoms and hope that assists.
I’ve been doing lots of deep breathing and mindfulness - still really hard as my chest is still tight and I feel so nervous

Dear Njanehel1~
I'm really please that the problem has been identified and a reasonable course of action suggested. While it is horrible thing now at least you know the physical cause and that it will get better.
In the meantime the mindfulness you mentioed can go a long way to take one out of painful conditions, even if only for a while.
I use a free smartphone app called Smiling Mind
https://www.smilingmind.com.au/smiling-mind-app/
This has tons of different exercises in it. It even has one that suits me, I've the attention span of a gnat and one exercise nags me just often enough to stop my mind wandering.
I hope the symptoms pass soon
