Hi everyone

does anyone else get cold hands and feet and teeth chattering when anxious? I’ve noticed that when I’m feeling anxious my whole body shakes as if I am cold. I have to drink something warm.

when I feel scared or nervous I feel a chill and my teeth chatter.
