Hello all!

I don’t really know where to start on this journey but after reaching a point where I’m feeling a little blah I thought this might be a good start.

I was diagnosed type 1 diabetes ( no prior warning) in feb and have also gone through and continue to go through a nasty divorce I am feeling completely overwhelmed and anxiety seems to be rearing it’s ugly head. I

would love to find out how others cope with the daily mood swings and

Hello juno7, getting diabetes is something we never know if we are going to a victim or not, and I suppose going through divorce is exactly the same, although gradually over the years it may start to be apparent, but when it does happen it's a shock because there is so much to sort out.

What it means is that your life is going to be different to how it was before, your friends may support both of you or they just decide to fade away until it all settles down or want nothing to do with either of you.

Not many divorces are pleasant because what has been decided on you may not agree with how you think, so if need be, consult a lawyer which will cost you money but the principle is the reason, gaining what you believe you are entitled to.

In my case the property had to be sold, although would to know if you have been renting because the situation may be different, so please get back to us.
