Figuring out what is best for you can be challenging.
I do have a helpful tactic.
It can be simplified by pulling the information from your head and writing it down. It sounds simple, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t effective.
Writing things down will clear space in your mind, allowing you to think in a more logical way. Logic comes from a sound mind. When you’re looking at all your options on paper, you can become better at making that choice.
Spend time by yourself to do this, write down all your worries/concerns
What are all the solutions?
Which is the best solution?
When will I start following the choice I’ve made?
Hope this helps. -Chris

Cheers Mark. No worries. Yep, they build up if you don’t keep on top of them as they happen.
People try to push thoughts away as well. That doesn’t help.
You too mate. 😎

Hi guys!
What a great tip! I do this sometimes, it really helps to think about the pros and cons.
It also really helps with thought challenging. When you have a negative thought, write it down and write down the evidence for and against. What you will find is that the evidence against this negative thought is usually a longer list or is more believable than the evidence for.

Yep, that’s a good idea.
How are things going for you now anyway?

Sounds rough. Sometimes nothing really helps. I think that's the stage where you just try to adapt to the feelings.
Problem could be fighting against your emotions. The resistance to the negative feelings and thoughts can create the problem in itself.
I might be telling you things you already know. I've noticed when helping people there's a line between wanting advice, or just wanting support.
But anyway, I hope you can find a good distraction that takes you away from worries. Divert the attention elsewhere.. Cheers..
