Hi little butterfly. welcome here.
It never ceases to amaze me how young people can have such courage to post a thread here. You could be desperate or just want answers but you are going about it the right way, eg asking questions, being inquisitive etc
I think, like many of us with emotional or mental illness issues, we have to a/ seek a mixture of several remedies and b/ make changes to ourselves to move forward.
Firstly dont be afraid of going to your GP and discussing these issues. You could be in the infancy of depression or some other illness. I'm 58yo and I only wish I did the same at your age and not find out 40 years later that I had 4 mental illnesses. It isnt uncommon and if so it is a case of managing things.
Confide in your school teachers. Or the school counsellor. Thats what they are there for.
Realise and accept that others your age like to bully and degrade others and that this often goes in cycles. One month its you the next month its someone else. It will pass. but never give into them and try to be uneffected by it. Its not easy though.
Dont be too hard on yourself. We are humans but we are machines that need maintenance. It is normal to be adversely effected by others.
Friends are fluid, They come and go in life as sad as that can be. Find new friends or just one. One is all you need. Often its best to only have one. Can your best friend communicate with you on Facebook? If so try to keep in contact because in a short time you will have your license and possible drive to her new place and continue your friendship.
Bury your head into your own interests. For me it is poetry. For my daughter it is art. This takes the focus off others. Are you good at anything particular?
And finally love life. Life can be wonderful. It isnt and should not be all to do with people hurting us. Do you like animals? gardening? Seek out your interest and place more time and energy into that so you dont focus on the negative aspect of hurtful people.
