It's ok. Throw all those failures straight in the bin, right now. Refresh your mind. Because all these, they don't matter. The past is the past, ok? The only thing you should do now is plan out your future. You've at least graduated from secondary school. That's a big accomplishment for some people.
Well, cherish the moment with your family. It's your birthday, remember? Have a party, dine out, and enjoy a delicious cake!
Then start mapping the rest of your career out. You can still get a pretty decent job. Or maybe go for the gold and start a company. I know for sure a CEO could make money up to the billions.

Here are yet some more options for your career. Happy, birthday, by the way! I know how it feels to think your a total waste. It's not common in young people. But clear your mind, move your troubles aside and stay on the optimistic side.
First, try returning to university/college. I'm pretty sure it's ok to do that. Finish your courses.
Then try out for some job interviews. Getting a stable income is the first thing you need to do to progress in true adulthood.
After that, try and find a wife. Don't worry, it will probably take some time to find a match. If you get heartbroken, accept it, and then get over it. Pretend it didn't exist.
But for now, enjoy some quality time with family and friends, and cherish the moment...
Happy Birthday again!
