Hi just new to the site and not sure how forum works I have anxitey and clinical depression also had gastric sleeve surgery in 2015 I feel like i can not stand up for myself anymore and allow grown children to walk over me

How was the appointment? I hope it went well

I myself has a doctors appointment. Went well. When I first went for help I was nervous and ashamed. Now I feel empowered going. I am getting the help I need and getting control of my mental health

I have a second appointment this week to see the nurse for a plan

I have done the same thing this week. Having said that I must follow-up to make an appointment if I can fit-it in with the two referrals.

How was your appointment? Although with Easter approaching you may like to just focus on self-care whilst waiting for your appointments.
