Hi all. As per title. Have been stuck in the hills by myself for years. Will probably look for the fatigue threads mostly I guess.

Hi E.man,
That doesn't sound like a pleasant place to be. Do u have any strategies to help with the chronic fatigue at all?

It was a bit dire with 'improvised accommodation ' (as per census ) and hard to stay conscious for the first ten years.
Now ? Lay down when it hurts and try not to do anything that hurts. Leads to a lot of laying down. Gets a bit bloody tedious.

hello E.man, I just wonder why the reason you lay down is because you are hurting, but it goes much deeper than this, so I'm only asking whether you know that you may have some form of depression because this illness is pron for anybody suffering from it to be tired all the time, even though you may have had 12 hours sleep.
You wake up feeling as though you haven't slept at all. Geoff.
