Hi all!

Ok so I've taken the first step (again)

first time on forums was 2 years ago. I posted once then chickened out! I feel so silly reading so many truly heartbreaking stories and I'm over here thinking I have no right to feel the way I do.

I have all theses thoughts and feelings that I need to get out but don't even know where to start or who to turn to.

Coastgal, excellent - please persist with the mindfulness as it can take some time to get the grasp of it but it works. Once you have the idea and can practice is well, you can literally do it anywhere at anytime.

Ok with the lack of time due to work, do you walk around a lot at work? Simple body movement is really good so instead of sending an email to a colleague, get up and walk to see them. Simple little things like that can make a difference.

You can also get up 10 minutes early and do a set of push ups, sit ups, star jumps, burpees etc - this gets the body and metabolism working, healthy start to the day.
