Dear Matuse~
Welcome here, I'm very sorry to hear of your current circumstances. Being separated from your children is a very hard thing, and all the practical difficulties of accommodation, getting your injury treated and trying to find a job now you have been released are all pretty had to face.
Can I suggest you get some help? I don't know where you are I'll simply mention
http://www.freewebs.com/australianprisonfoundation/organisationsforprisoners.htm
which lists a set of different organizations in each state and territory who provide services for ex-prisoners Other than that the Salvation Army has a post-release program and may also be able to assist with your Centerlink problems.
Our own 24/7 Help Line may have some ideas too.
In addition I'd suggest seeing a bulk-billing GP close to you and say what is happening to you and how you are feeling. This will need a long consultation. See what happens from there.
Do you have parents or other family members you can talk to, who will try to understand and do care about you? Just the talking can make a whole load of difference.
At the moment you life really does seem bad, and nobody is going to say it will magically get 100% better overnight, however tackling each thing in turn, kids' access, accommodation, Centerlink, treatment, work and so on with outside support can make a real difference in a surprisingly short time.
You are welcome to keep posting here and say what you think

Hi Matuse
First of all welcome to our forums.
Things sound really tough for you at the moment.
Do you have any friends or family you can spend time to talk about what is going on with you? Seeing a GP as Croix has suggested is a great first step. They can tell you more about other support which will be available in your community.
I hope that things start to fall in place soon, so that you can spend more time with your daughters.
