PND with a two year old

A quick intro and request for directions!

I have a gorgeous two year old but I have been struggling with PND most of that time.

i have just had a "flare-up" and I am wanting to connect with some mums in the same boat.

If anyone could direct me to a thread about PND that would be great, especially if there is a more specific thread for older children rather than newborns.
