hi Beene, it's OK and to post a comment requires a bit of courage because people always feel a little scared about what sort of reaction they will get, feeling as though they are going to be jumped on and criticised, that won't happen here simply because all of us who are involved in this BB site have been through their own traumatic experiences and some are still struggling, but want to try and help other people out in their goodwill.
What ever you want to tell us there will be others who have been through exactly the same as you, and with all the help they have come out the other end and can now see the light.
Don't be afraid, you can post another comment and see what sort of help you will get, then you can decide whether or not you want to continue. Geoff.
