Hi,
ive been struggling with a lot of stress lately referring tommy health physically I am paranoid about getting diseases and always am looking up symptoms of mine and obsessively worrying over them I just don't know what to do. Is it normal to get loads of pains in my legs, ribs, back and all over the place, I've been told it's to do with stress but I'd like some help with my stress about my health all the time it's like everyday I have a new symptom of some sort and worth constantly!

Welcome to the forum!
I'm sorry to hear about these distressing physical symptoms and the emotional stress. What you have described sounds like health anxiety. If you don't mind me asking, have you been told by a doctor that the pain is related to stress? It could help to get a referral from your doctor to see a counsellor or similar professional.

Welcome here to the Forum and thank you for your post. I can see this situation is very worrying for you I’ve been in a similar position for many years so know how you feel.
I started with stomach pains, went on to headaches, have had chest pain (feels like a heart-attack), difficulty breathing and a fair number of other things as well.
I was told by my GP as each new symptom occurred that it was stress-related, but to be on the safe side always sent me for tests – which came back negative every time. Frankly I at that time had trouble believing the test results and was left with niggling doubts.
I have PTSD, chronic anxiety and bouts of depression. I’ve had the tests repeated by differing doctors, always coming back the same – no physical reason. As I result now I’m able to accept they are caused by my anxiety. I’m happy with that diagnosis.
Basically I’ve never been in any danger, with something left untreated that should have been. Those repeat tests were more to quell my apprehension than for any other reason.
While I’m in a much better place than I used to be, and live a reasonably normal life I’m not completely cured and some physical symptoms linger on. My improvement is basically due to lifestyle, coping mechanisms, therapy and meds, always under health professionals’ care.
I’d like to ask if you are under medical help at the moment? My conditions were not something I’d have been able to deal with without this.
If you are being treated your account leads me to think your regime might need adjustment to make it more effective. If it was me I’d bring the matter up with my doctor.
If you are not under treatment I’d suggest you book a long consultation with your GP and set out matters in a fair amount of detail (I had to write things down first & share the paper to get everything clear). If your doctor thinks it appropriate you may end up with meds, a Health Plan, visits to a psychologist and therapy.
As well there are a couple of other things. You do not say much about your situation and home. Do you have anyone you can talk to about things, who will understand and give you support – this was something I really needed.

Being able to solve small problems will give you confidence to tackle the big ones, and you have to realise that when one of these starts it will then start a chain reaction where the others follow, so try and stop the first thought.
An obsession can lead to getting OCD, and I'm not sure whether you know anything about this illness, but it would be worth googling it to see if you can relate to these feelings. Geoff.
