Hi StephenRex,

Firstly, welcome to the forums.

I have dealt with anxiety, low self esteem and negative self talk for quite a long time now, too long if you ask me, I am still working through it all, anxiety is especially my thing. Coping is hard as everyone uses their own things, I use distraction, listening to music, watching a movie, being around friends but really the psychologist is where I found the most help previously. Just talking about things.

Please, feel free to post your story and how we can help you.

My best for you,

Jay

Hi Stephen, I'm new here too. I have lived with body dysmorphia since my teens and I must say I don't see or hear it mentioned very often amongst general discussions. I would be interested to share some strategies, especially from a cismale perspective.
