Thanks Taurus

Will definitely search for the thread that you mentioned. I am just starting to learn how to navigate the BB site and I am eager to help others with Bi-Polar if I can.

Best wishes

Fantastic Johnno. And yes I did see your intro, on one of the Young Peoples Forums I think it was. It does take a while to find your way around admittedly, but pretty easy once you get there. I look forward to seeing you around some more. Any help or insight you can provide others with bi-polar, will be very much appreciated.

Later - pleased to have been of assistance. (-:

Later I did originally read all posts but won't again cause eyes are falling out, good look actually, you'd be able to relate as a result of our MI and other stuff I've had goin on recently.

So hoping this isn't repeating but a good psych which I have (exceptional) listens but also interjects when need be & throws in constructive ways of dealing, not criticism or if needs to be said says it in a respectful non judgemental and ... dah...lost chain of thought....this isn't what I was gunna say but also gives us strategies to work at to help and follows through.

Yeah remembered, I think to resolve and be able to function with as minimal as po grief they need to help us draw out
1) the reason/s we're struggling
2) How to handle

Also a good psych I think can help us learn to get control over our emotions & stress
