startingnew, i found that several things i was doing on a daily basis was actually practicing mindfulness without even knowing it. Basically speaking, whenever you are feeling "in the moment", you are practicing because that what it is, living in moment.
Keep practicing, you will get it down pat.

yay guys ive finally worked out all my health issues
ive got my psych working with me and psychatrist and gp
i still dont have the support of friends or family but at least i ahve the forums and the mental health professional
also i worked out most of my physcial health stuff too !

That is one lovely post from you. I am so happy for you. Yes, you will always have the support of the BB family because we know how difficult life can get. Now you have the professional help organised you can start your journey again. It will be hard but you have shown you are more than capable.
If I was clever with computers I would add a row of flags or flowers or similar but sadly my skills are not that great. So please take the thought for the deed.
