hi and welcome.
i hope you dont mind if a share a little of my story... I have been here for a while and actually since I started seeing a psychologist My situation has been a build up since my youth. Anyway I have had periods of feeling suicidal in recent years. For myself, having apps and other tools, having someone to talk to etc help to get through these periods. Words and other reminders on my phone - small things telling me I am worthy.
Jayden - You are worthy also. You matter.
I would also suggest (if you can) have a chat with your GP about your thoughts to enable to you get professional help. You might also want to read...
to find some positives in each day. I hope you come back and share more of your story. If you want, I can share some things that have helped me.
Peace and comforting thoughts to you.
Tim
