I am sorry your struggling so much with your mental health..
Many people here on the forums feel as you do..you are not alone lovely Kitz...
Depression makes us think always of negative thoughts, hiding the positive ones deep inside our brain...The way I try to manage them is through distracting my thoughts away from the negative ones by doing something I like to do..My best go to is music..with my ear plugs in..I like to select an instrument in the song/music and only listen to that as best I can..I listen to this while I’m watching my candles little flames dancing along with the music....I also love listening to beautiful, calming sleep stories...What works for one doesn’t mean it will work for others, but I just wanted to give you an example of distraction from negative thoughts...
I was in a bad spot a couple of years ago...and had, had enough..I made an appointment with my Dr..and told her my thoughts, fears and how I felt so negative about everything in my life...My Dr. started a mental health Care Plan for me..I saw a psychiatrist who prescribed me anti depressants, a physiologist to talk to me and help me towards mental wellness ...and my Dr. is always there for me in between visits...l am wondering and also hoping Kitz that this is something that you might consider for you..it’s so hard, nearly impossible to “fix” ourselves..
You have been very brave posting here Kitz..that really does take a lot of strength...Well done..
Do you know what’s been causing your depression to worsen..only if you feel like sharing...Either way lovely Kitz...we are here for you and hope we can support you and help by talking things through with you..

The road to feeling better is a long road, but try not to focus on the road in front of you. Focus on the road that is here and now. Focus on the people beside you, those that are walking with you along this stretch of road. Know that people around you care about you; your friends, your family, us here on the forums, we all care about you.

Sorry to hear that your depression has worsened and you can't catch a break.
I literally took myself off to the pools and swam and swam and swam to feel a sense of normalcy when I was feeling like that....and I caught a break.
I also do things like sit in the sun and take in what's around me like the birds singing.
Small things U do for yourself can achieve wonders.
How are you feeling now? Are they're things you've tried in the past that work for you?
Hang in there. There are many of us battling through this, you definitely aren't alone in this.
