Hello all,
Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.
But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️
What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?
For me: 1. I washed my hair
2. I drank two glasses of water
3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes

For me...
1. Supported my friend who is having a hard time dealing with her difficult partner
2. Exercised
3. Made arrangements with work to make my training (I've been there a month) a bit easier & more productive

very inspiring.
1/ loving my opportunity to part of this thread as well.
2/ have the possibility of a volunteer position, encouraging men to share where they are at and walk their joruney with them.
3/ very grateful to be able to still get out and grab a coffee even it is takeaway,

Mine are similar...
1) Caught up on my e volunteering and my emails!
2) Leant a new stretch to do at my desk while answering these emails.
3) Made vege curry and noodles to keep warm, it's freezing tonight!

1/ finished my course at Tafe and hopefully passed
2/ able to volunteer helping feed those in need

1. Sitting with uncomfortable feelings.
2. Opening up to some people close to me about my current fears.
3. Made an epic cake at my volunteer job.
