Hello all,

Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.

But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️

What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?

For me: 1. I washed my hair

2. I drank two glasses of water

3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes

Ah, interesting!

Oregano oil is essentially the aromatic oil from oregano made super concentrate. It's good for general immunity, mental clarity, and opening up the chest as it's quite strong and poignant, I think.

We sure can! Not sure how though?
Is there another health based thread we could talk on?

Emailed the Telehealth company asking if I can see my Psychiatrist more.

This week

Have visited Neurologist he is really happy and said it appears I am finally on right meds.

Just been for feed and coffee before lock down statrs.

have joined a number of forums to ensure if confined to home I will some form of encouraging contact.

Got and started new meds today/tonight.

Emailed the Telehealth company asking if I can see my Psychiatrist more often (2-3 weeks or maybe weekly) which he said that we'll discuss it in our next session so I'm anxious that it won't happen.
