Hello all,
Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.
But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️
What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?
For me: 1. I washed my hair
2. I drank two glasses of water
3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes
How bout you? Let’s cheer ourselves and each other on!

Had some laughs today, it's been hard for me lately.
Went for a walk again today like I do every day and did some mindfulness on the walk (took in my surroundings, smells etc).
Went out for a bit today, only to get Maccas though.

1) I have reconnected with this forum after not being present here for a month or so.
2) I asked people for help when I was having a panic attack and managed to stay where I needed to be instead of running away.
3) I was able to tell myself it is okay to not cope when I feel like I should be able to do better. That helped me to not fight myself so much.

Might not be significant, but at least I'm continuing my good habits:
1. Planning school tasks (noting down due dates)
2. Had a good talk with friends - getting out of my comfort zone even if I'm shy.
3. Made use of extra time to go to library - always good to catch up on tasks~
I'd consider the first the most important and successful today as I've been forgetting to note down for a couple of days. Hopefully this means I can relax without the stress on the weekends 🙂
Time passes so fast now.

Loving everyone's answers. Mine would be:
Looking forward to the art show on over the long weekend in my town, I'd like to try and go tomorrow. I love art and the meanings, wish I had talent in art though.
Going for a longer walk since I haven't had the chance because of the rain, seeing a few birds (saw 10 Pelicans in the water, 4 Spoonbills, 2 Tawny Frogmouths, 5 or so Rosellas and the Lorikeets, a Butterfly that kept landing on me), a baby Magpie, and many more to count. I usually see this stuff on my daily walks and it all made me happy and smile, I felt a bit relaxed. Even saying hello to some lady walking past with a pram, normally I get too anxious to speak around people.
Having cold showers since I like the feeling of the cold water on me and whatnot.

1 or 2 counts, it's the little things in life, sometimes we don't even realise that we're doing them, small things. Even things like getting out of bed can be difficult for prior, myself included. So they all count, no matter how big or small and how many. I enjoy these threads, something positive and inspiring and you can even get ideas from others here. A great thread, thank you all.
