What are three small (or big) achievements you’ve had today? Let’s cheer each other on!

Hello all,

Sometimes just doing the basics is so hard. It can be tough not to get down on ourselves when we’re struggling with things that ‘should’ be easy.

But we deserve to celebrate even the smallest achievements, because they are really feats of strength when you’re unwell. It’s ok if you can’t do everything. We know you’re doing your best, and that’s enough ☺️

What are 3 small (or big) achievements that you’ve had today?

For me: 1. I washed my hair

2. I drank two glasses of water

3. I sat out in the sun for 15 minutes

How bout you? Let’s cheer ourselves and each other on!

I still don't have any achievements, but this is a nice thread. Thanks to whoever created this.

Nice achievements everyone.

Blufftuff - wow I'm sorry to hear about your seizures, but that's good that you haven't had any lately. I hope it stays that way for you. Good on you for getting out instead of being isolated and sharing your story also.

Hugs to all here.

Tayla

I decided to go with my sad morning feeling instead of fighting it.

I went on a walk and enjoyed a beautiful parkland in the city.

All dry, folded up.

All this was a huge effort on my part.

Also wanted to say this is an really great thread.

I struggle so hard to do things at times so THANK YOU SO MUCH for this much needed thread

It gives me the incentive to do my best whether its tiny or greater achievements.

All I can do is my best. 🐢

Hey Klienekindt.

It is a great thread, there's a few like this that are positive which is great.

I also struggle a lot too even simple things like cleaning because of no motivation, I'm sorry you feel the same way though.

Good on you and everyone who commented here though, I'm proud of you and everybody else who replied on this thread, thanks to whoever created it.

Love and hugs to you and everyone,

Tayla x

I did one big thing but there were a couple of smaller wins in there too:

- I did a 5km fun run (5k Foam Fest) with my husband and our two best friends

- I only had one moment of anxiety after a pretty rough couple of days

- I did a couple of scary obstacles I really wasn't too sure about

And if I can have a fourth one, I'm still upright, although with quite a few bruises.

Good evening Tayla,

Thanks heaps for your happy deposition in a kind compassionate manner which you display in many of your posts to myself as well as others on the bb forums.

You're a true blue for BB.

Thanks for caring - Klienekindt
