Three things to be thankful for today

Some days it is really hard to find anything to be thankful for when we feel overcome by the darkness and fog of depression. If I look hard enough, I can find something to be thankful for.
I would like to encourage others to write down three things they are thankful for, and to realise there is a sense of hope available to us all. Sometimes it is just a little hard to find!
So my three things for today are:
1: The lovely singing of birds in the morning as they welcome in the new day
2: The ability to read and write
3: A lovely hot shower.
Wishing all the "family" in BB Land a day full of noticing the nice things in life. Kind regards to you all, from Dools.

Tuesdays 3 Things that I am Grateful for:
1. For my supportive work colleagues - they know I've been unwell and most of them stopped to have a chat and ensure that I'm okay.
2. My partner and I spending time together after work - we may have only watched Masterchef and cuddled with a our kitties but that was quality time.
3. Jumping into a warm bed thanks to an electric blanket. Bliss!

1) Having the ability to catch up with a friend when I really wanted to stay in bed all day.
2) Having the courage to text friends to say I'm not coping too well.
3) My husband who does try in his own little way to help!

Happy Thursday!
1. That although I am in financial stress, I have enough food to eat, somewhere warm to sleep and support around me... I am more fortunate than some out there.
2. I have things to look forward to on the weekend
