Just for myself I have a couple of positives

• Peta Credlin on Sky News gave Beyond Blue a huge mention earlier this week
• My mum is still independent and doing well at 90 years of age and her lung function test is 'Normal' and still a smoker! Love you mum x

My fiancee is a self-professing computer nerd and wanted to tell me pretty early on in case I was offended, what IS that? Like I didn't already know lol.

Dools he's ALSO an Engineer and can fix anyone's computer glitches with Admin permission, so thankyou Nerds of the world! I humbly thank him for dumbing down his techie lingo to even talk to me lol!

I'm LOVING the explosion of this thread topic GOOD NEWS Paul, it's absolutely amazing to be part of and witness to so much good news for everyone.

Mine for right now....
* son and his gf are home (again yay!) and we've had a beautiful weekend together. So much so that they're going back down South tomorrow, coming back Tuesday, going back South again and coming back for Christmas lol! We've missed them so much too. They thought the Christmas wrapped bed pillows were so silly, wait till they see what I've got them for Christmas. 🤣😂🥰

* youngest daughter ROCKED her dancing concert last night! She's taking up more classes next year and I AM SO HAPPY she is. Dancing fees SURE beat paying thousands more for psychs and psychs but if she needs those too, then so be it.
Now she's playing her guitar and singing like an ANGEL!

* RAIN! YES MATCHY!! Yay for us gardeners! My water tanks are full now too so HIGH FIVE!

* we've had so many cars break down in our family recently that we're playing clonky musical car swapping and DEALING with it.
I'm getting my bike fixed OR getting a new one. I'll balance what's best after a quote.
So watch out on the bike tracks peeps, ecomama's getting her wheels back!
Now to find a helmet with some BLING! hahaha.

Onwards and upwards BBers, we're powering into 2021!

My son is trying to encourage me to throw a line in at the local lake which has a great benefit in what it's used for, but I'm just as happy watching him after he takes his dog as well as mine for a walk.

It's so cute watching my little white spec of a dog walking with his medium size dog, that pleases me after all I've been through lately.

Monkey a thread on healthy fruit juices sounds like good news.Count me in.I went to a lecture on the benefits and health benefits of fruit and the guy said the time you get the most nutritional value out of fruit is eating it straight of a tree and it starts to loose it's nutritional value of the moment you pick it and by the time you buy it in a shop it has lost a lot but it is still healthy to eat.Its just food for thought.I really enjoyed that lecture and went to it with my mum.

Good News - I got a job! I haven't worked in many consecutive years and my mental health has declined ever since. I'm so looking forward to this new endeavour and what it will bring into my life. Not to mention the addition to my finances.

My GOOD NEWS is being here!! The forums are awesome.

The rest is:
* my d stopped SHing and I could shout from the mountain tops how GRATEFUL I am!!!

* I overcame a bout of heavy depression and feel so free now.

* my d completed refurbishing her FLOORS in her new room, she did around 80% of the work and they look AMAZING!

* I did some pretty hard stuff that I could cope with alot better with the Exposure Therapy my old trauma psych taught me....

The sun's shining finally lol, our water tanks are FULL yay!

It's a beautiful day and I'm really grateful to be here.

My GOOD news is I've signed up to lose weight, in fact i put money on it. If I reach my attainable goal in 6 mnths I get my money back plus prize money! 💰

This is exciting and theyre's loads of support and ppl doing it with me. My mum's even doing it.

This has now increased my knowledge about suitable ways of being healthy and losing weight. Been doing research.

And I'm on target.

My weight is dropping!
