Sometime I might be cleaning or at work and the negative thoughts can sink in. I was at my doctor and he said just don't think about them and try not to dwell on them and sometimes at home I'm cleaning and I get angry about my life but today I put on music as I cleaned is it a better way to deal with bad thoughts.do u just have to accept that life doesn't always go you on way and u might feel better and life might be a bit raised it feels a bit better the noise of the music kind of blocks out the negative thoughts so just asking thanks

Hi Gizz,

I am so glad that you crawled out from the bed and had a strong will power to go to the gym and do some work out. How are you feeling after the work out. Good? Yes I agree with you that having a good diet do makes you feel better. I have a diet too. I don't eat much meat more of a vege person and I eat my traditional food that is good for health. Morning i eat fruits. Sometime naughty bread with egg or with tuna.. How about you?

Yes yesterday was a hard day as today too. So you said you are a welder. Are you working in the company or? I work in a child care. Loves my crazy babies kids. They make my day bring and on going. Yes they do drive me crazy sometime especially the new one. But that's what I choose and I have to like it no mater what.

Hi mlg I haven't got much to say I'm listening to meditation music videos on youtube.people in the comment section saying that they feel much better have u tried it I'm trying it now I feel ok today not the best but ok.im staying away from alcohol. Sometimes I felt alcohol was helping me but it just a band aid oh well gotta go to work soon hope u have a good day

How was your day today? What made you do meditation? Why meditation? What makes you happy?

My day was so trying but went well. We had Halloween team today and most of the children wore their costume. Was funny. Some wore scary costume. I did not do anything.

Hi mlg I've tried meditation because every website that talks about depression or anxiety always say meditation is a good for depression so I thought why not so before I went to bed I put my headphones in and drifted off to sleep with soothing music so I don't know if it works but it doesn't hurt to try and went to the gym and had a small work out how r u

Hello Gizz,

I am glad that you are making your self calmer by doing meditation. How long have you been doing it? What other depression that you have besides the one that you told me.

I have been good just that the weather has been too hot and I do not have air condition at home...

Just started meditation 2 days I didn't know there was other depression but I think I have some type of social anxiety disorder seeing a shrink on the 28th to hopefully fix it Yeh it is hot I don't like working in it it suxs

How did you feel after meditation? Any progress?? Yes the weather pass two days have been hot.I hope all goes well with your shrink.. Do let me know the progression.

Gizz, you need to stop comparing yourself with the life of social media of facebook. You should thinks that people in facebook worked hard to get to the point where they are but they also feel alone and depress in their own way. They too are facing things life you do but they do not show..

Can I ask you a question. you said you are alone. Have you tried doing something. Meaning you like to go to the gym, have you talked to anyone there. Meaning just talk to them about exercise like weight lifting?
