A Bouquet for Pearls - share your appreciation for other members

Every now and then, members share a beautiful Pearl of Wisdom. How often do you think to yourself; "OMG that's great! I wish everyone could see this."

Presenting someone with a bunch of flowers is a generous way of acknowledging their insightful words.

I hope this thread stays active through members giving out praise regularly to people they feel deserving, and therefore keep generosity of spirit alive within the pages of BeyondBlue Forum.

My bunch of Red Roses (my choice) goes to Wishful for the following sentence;

• 'Personally, I see no reason to be praised in me, but I'm learning that seeing through the eyes of others can be more accurate!!'

I so hear you Wishful. Just beautiful...

1. Try to keep your leading comments short to focus on 'their' words.
2. Choose specific flowers (or a gift if you like) to present to them.
3. Sign off respectfully and sincerely.

That was 17 March 2017 and 17 pages of love since! My how 17 has become a power number!

You're all in my thoughts today because love has no bounds and acknowledgement of that sentiment resonates throughout the pages of our beautiful community.

For birdy 🌻

The person that I would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to is birdy. I feel she has written some deeply compassionate and emotionally attuned posts to not just me but to many others as well (newer members and regulars alike).

Emotionally attuned posts are more difficult to write than at first glance. It’s a subtle quality but when done well, it can be extremely powerful...

This isn’t the “dictionary definition” but I think of being emotional attuned as an advanced/highly evolved form of empathy an compassion. It really is a rare quality and I frequently see birdy showing it...

I’m really grateful you’re here and truly value your friendship and presence here. I think you’re a very special person with beautiful qualities. Thank you for sharing those qualities with us...

As a thank you gesture, i would like to gift you with a field of sunflowers and a grassy area for you to spend some time outdoors with your lovely partner, beautiful doggie friend, chooks and other animal friends 🙂
