Every now and then, members share a beautiful Pearl of Wisdom. How often do you think to yourself; "OMG that's great! I wish everyone could see this."
Presenting someone with a bunch of flowers is a generous way of acknowledging their insightful words.
I hope this thread stays active through members giving out praise regularly to people they feel deserving, and therefore keep generosity of spirit alive within the pages of BeyondBlue Forum.
My bunch of Red Roses (my choice) goes to Wishful for the following sentence;
- 'Personally, I see no reason to be praised in me, but I'm learning that seeing through the eyes of others can be more accurate!!'
I so hear you Wishful. Just beautiful...
- Try to keep your leading comments short to focus on 'their' words.
- Choose specific flowers (or a gift if you like) to present to them.
- Sign off respectfully and sincerely.
I hope this takes off...
Spreading the love...Sara

I want to give a huge bouquet of native Australian flowers to blond guy(Paul) who started the Mindfulness thread and all the people who have contributed. Everyone is patient and willing to share experiences and ask questions. So enjoy the bouquet. Thanks Paul for starting a thread where we can question and learn.

Thankyou to everyone for keeping this thread alive, with worthy Pearlers celebrated, acknowledged and praised...and rightly so. Well done!
******
My Bouquet for this year goes to Dottie123;
I'm not sure if you'll be back D-Girl; in any case, your dedication, encouragement, caring, intelligence and support to all and sundry should be rewarded.
I award you our highest order and the most precious of all; 'The Black Pearl' to be honoured with a parade float made of rose garland's driving down George Street in Sydney for all to see.
You will surely be missed!!!
I applaud your threads, posts and undying ability to give and give. We're better people for having known you and your love.
Gone, but 'never' forgotten...
Your friend...

Hello eveyone...
Today I wanted to share something MarkJT wrote about mindfulness along with a practical example....
To me mindfulness is that place where time stands still, where you are at peace with yourself, where nothing else matters. It just gives you that little break we all need from time to time to remember who we are and what we are capable of....and that is recovery.
Isn't that beautiful? I think so.
Thankyou Mark. I'll give you a mix of flower seeds for your garden to encourage more butterflies 😊.

I am sending beautiful daffodils to the beautiful Stressless who not only supports others on the forums with her kind words and appreciation but who started the Friendship Circle on the thread 'What do you fear today?'. It has enabled us to join hands and come together to support those who fear no one will catch them if they fall.
You are a gem Stressless.

OMG CMF,
You are so sweet for this lovely gesture. Believe it or not daffodils 🌼 are one of my fav flowers and actually my bridesmaids wore that colour- it's a happy colour.
I spent much of this morning reading back on your thread as I didn't know much about you and to say you are amazing is an understatement.
I think Quercus put it best, a single mum, 3 kids, 2useless x 's and mental illness I would be curled up in the foetal position and you are here supporting others - hats off to you.
Whilst I love being on the forums I get very frustrated because I can't physically reach out and give people a hug. The friendship circle was symbolic but as close as I can get to showing how much I care.
I see a lot of my younger self in you and a lot of other posters so I guess thats why I can relate .
Truly emotional at the moment but in a nice way
Thanks again
sending virtual hugs your way
