Like I do with a half glass of wine - enjoy it while in the moment. When it's gone (empty glass), let it go. Another wine could do. P.S. Just an analogy.
Hi Vincent and welcome to the forums .I think we can have our different ways of dealing with rejection.Trying and keep busy can help but give you self time.It will take time and don't be to hard on yourself.
