What do you fear (today)?

In line with my "when were you last truly happy" post, I wondered about what other people fear?
Is it an "every day fear", or is it a "just today" fear?
Do you fear getting out of bed? Do you fear opening the mail? Do you fear the phone ringing? Do you fear being alone? Do you fear the darkness descending? Do you fear confrontations? Do you fear rejection? Do you fear not feeling anything at all?
I wonder if just voicing that fear, sharing that fear, will help to take away it's power? Or will it give it life?
For me, my big fear at the moment is being found out. Fearing my kids or family will come across my posts. Fear a colleague will recognise my writing style or circumstances. Fear that someone will see through this big brave front I put on to get through the door each day. Fear that someone sees my vulnerability.

I Fear doctors you can give them information about who they are seeing and they can disregard any of it on a whim come up with there own information give the person the wrong medication send them home as if its the right thing to do.
I know this happens I gave the doctors information the C-pap machine for me does not work. All it does is keep me awake. I know I have tried it it doesn't work for me. The doctors have called m into the hospital to do another trial. I even told the doctor it didn't work he is insisting we give it another go. Like it's the only option in there arsonel of things they can do.
It's all because he has a piece of paper calling him a doctor that I do not have. from this I can now extrapolate the fact that black is white and whit is black. As a result every one gets run over on the next zebra crossing.
HOORA for the doctors I will give it another try ant try hard again. I enjoy proving doctors wrong. I have no degree haven't studied for six years to obtain the all important piece of paper. yet I know more about three clients condision than they do.

Hi Everyone,
Being FEARFUL of things/events/situations/spiders or whatever, can hold us back or help us to move forward.
My fear of the unknown future we have due to being in the process of selling this house and having no where to go right now, some days makes me want to crawl into bed and cry all day.
Other days it makes me feel enthusiastic about a new beginning. Chucking out stuff we no longer need, starting fresh, turning the fear into an adventure.
Some days I jump from one thought to the next, from positive to the down right negative that feels like it wants to consume me.
I know which thoughts I prefer to have rattling around in my head, so I am going to try to make peace with the fears and live each day as it comes. Easier said than done at times for sure!
Wishing you all strength to understand your fears and maybe find ways to make them less powerful.

amongst a million other fears I also fear these changes/ 2 weeks then basically I'm homeless/ kind of
oh well - out with the old in with the new life
