Such a beautiful uplifting name, makes me feel good saying & reading it
Thursdays not far off and loving hearing that you're feeling ready to participate, you probs don't realise but know you're starting to draw on your inbuilt strength, soooooooooooooo proud & happy with you girl (( mwah )), cause your pain's so bad it's going to be amazing building up and being ok again which WILL happen with time. Baby steps hun. Sure and steady.
Beautiful hearing your genuine gratitude for so much care and support, who'd bother if you weren't worth it aye.

Open up even in tiny bits sweet on thurs it's a start of releasing your pain, needs an out.

Last 5+ mths mentally/physically been constant bad health, atm pinched nerve from bulging disc flared up again not as bad as first time my GOD excruciating beyond but this time still needed untold heavies pain relief and back out again too but same thank god not a bad out that's same excruciating tho suffered hard as well have been the main probs but unbelievable run of health other ways too but hey some people have non stop at least usually I'm ok.
Unfortunately pinched nerve as with back is going to be ongoing, disc degeneration, seeing very Exy pain specialist early Nov, it's not gunna be good news for sure but slowly improving from those two main health issues for now.
I find between BP (Bipolar) cycles in "normal" times have sweet BA inclination to do anything, I think the brain/bod just needs to recoop but at least they're good times not the heavy depression but good have kept up with walking hills, have to for various reasons mainly core strength for back which seems to be holding so far from bad outs. Still strong pain but wayyyy better the whoppers
I wanna come here regularly & do other stuff but no idea how to get the brain to act on things. Been like that for as long as I can remember, then in BP it's all happening, ying and yang kinda

Having another bad day. Cant seem to get these bad thoughts out of my head. Cant seem to force myself to do even small things. I know i have thing that need to be done but i just cant seem to move. I just want to lay here and die.
Dont even know what to say. I tried talking to my hubby but he just tells me to do little things but i just cant. Everything is a huge effort.

You might not feel like doing much but sometimes to break the cycle you need to get up and move.
What is one thing you have done today? It can be small like having a shower getting dressed getting out of bed...
is there one small task on your list of things to do that you could try and do?

The helplines always send me to hospital. Im afraid to call them now.

Yeah as Starting said, as much as it's hell hard to do anything, and we do know where you're coming from, it really is imo too a good move for you, to give your brain a bit of distraction and achievment tho I know you said you don't feel it.
