I remember when I was younger on holidays, staying at the beach house, coming home drenched trapsing sand and water through the house or rinsing our wetsuits out in the bath or shower because we couldnt be stuffed going outside and turning the hose on, and mum getting so annoyed at us haha good times
Glad you had a good day today Jackson. Maybe write down how you were feeling, what was good, what made you feel good. Sometimes we need to remember these things when we are having not such a good day. Writing it down will serve as a reminder that there are good days to be had.
i think it's pretty normal to be nervous about your first visit. What are you scared about? Is it just not knowing what to expect? The important thing is to be open about how you feel and remember, this is what they do, they are trIned professionals and have seen many things.
