Hey CMF and Blondguy I'm sorry for not responding, sometimes when I'm feeling anxious I stop responding to people etc and stay very much in my own head - which I know is not helpful.

I played football today, kicked 3 goals before having to go off in the last quarter because of injury

It's a reoccurring issue with my knee, I'm not sure if you watch the news but through the new year period there was a music festival called Falls, my friends and I got caught in the crowd crush that happened, so even though I got treatment it still plays up a bit.

Im feeling ok tonight. I do sometimes go out, some friends invited me to go out later on but I'm not feeling like a big night, and sometimes i just prefer a quite one with a few friends.

I'm hoping the surf will be good tomorrow, I had a peak online today and looked small but very nice.

Haven't heard of that music festival, what a bummer to hurt your knee like that.

Glad you are feeling ok tonight, nothing wrong with a quiet night. The weather so warm today, tomorrow the same i think. If there is not much wind does that mean the surf is not that good? haha i know nothing obviously about surfing.

It was pretty bad, 80 injured i thit was on the news, scary stuff.

The wind needs to be offshore, so blowing across the land towards the ocean rather than onshore, onshore winds just turn the water into slop. Yes today was quite warm, either way I'll still go out even if it's cold

Seeing as i am not a water person i'd probably prefer the slop lol

it's pretty bad, completely unsurfable, wouldn't even swim in it. But the surf report says it might be ok tomorrow

There was no waves but I spent the day down by the coast anyway.

that sucks about the message. I know it's hard to erase the message from your mind but can you just delete it an try to forget about it?

Would it be an option for you to block his number? I know it is a big ask,but you don't need that crap.
