Thanks CMF, it's been a rough night. I ended up going to my parents, because I just needed to be home around the family, for no reason, I just needed them. and I just cried so much to Mum. It was helpful to let it out, have someone hold me while I cry, god it's been a while since I've done that.
I'm so relieved you to hear that. The thought of you sitting alone with this anxiety was worrying me. We all feel your pain Jackson. You don't need a reason other than you needed them, we all need people at times.
Is this the first time you've done this, really cried to your mum? It could be the start to you breaking down theses walls and getting ome help to deal with what you are going through.
Is there any chance you could consider moving back with your family for a while?
Wow, Oh that is a huge positive step Jackson, I'm feeling relief for you. You did well to reach out on these forums but I think you have now got the wheels turning. I'm sure your mum would have a good idea of things without you saying too much tonight but at least you've opened the door.

I got myself so wound up by something so small and Mum knew that wasn't the reason, there was something deeper and then it all just came out, I just couldn't stop crying, it was such a relief.
You are safe both with your family and here on the forums if you need us and you will be ok.
