Hi Sarah,it was a bit cooler this morning so i did some gardening for an hour mostly just weding around my fruit trees.I had a sleep this afternoon and it started to warm up.Looked like it was going to storm before but they dissapeared.More forecast for tomorrow.
Wow that will be good to go to the Tennis and spread the good word about this sight and BB.I have never been to the tennis.I use to enjoy watching it on tv.I havent of late.Usally watch the cricket. When i lived in Brisbane i was a regular at the Gabba watching cricket in summer and AFL in winter.I use to sneak into the members section and get away with it.
Getting a bit stressful with kids going back to school tuesday here,i am hoping everything goes ok .I will take my daughter and pay her book hire fees.I hope she is not to anxious,i always use to hate the first day of school.I always had this feeling that i was going to be the only one to show up.
Enjoy the weekend and talk to you later.
Take care,
Your friend,
Mark.

Just thought I would jump on here to say that I hope you have a great day, that I am thinking of you and will be back to chat later on after my shift today. I am really excited to be volunteering and it will be people like you that I will be thinking of when talking to others and sharing the love and the support for MH. Have a great day my friend.
Hugs Sarah

Hi Sarah, seeing how your weekend went volunteering at the tennis.Did you see much tennis?
I had my son picked up yesterday my his mother but she was late as usal so my son got cranky and apparently was cranky all day.She was half an hour late but she has to pick him up on time when she says she is as he has special needs and it upsets him to much if you dont.I have told my ex but she allways runs late. They were going into town to see his grandparents.
I have my daughter still and will take her to school tomorrow getting nervous about it.A big year ahead for her,she is studying to get her learners at the moment.
Take care,
Mark.

Hi Mark
I am so sorry to hear that the late timing causes your son to become irritated and cranky, hopefully this will act a gentle reminder to her to perhaps manage her time a little better to ensure that his needs are met.
That is really exciting that your daughter is studying for her L's, I guess I will be doing that with my son a bit later on in the year. WOW, you will be out on the road with her, yeah nervous and exciting at the same time, geeee they really grow up quickly don't they??
I hope that your daughter has a great first day today and this brings the start of a really successful year for her and that she feels confident and good. What year is she doing this year?
I did have a great weekend volunteering at the tennis, it was great to bring awareness to mental health and we had some people donate and some people want to have chats, even a few tears and a hug but all in all it was such a wonderful weekend and I really felt like I was able to give. I did manage to see a little bit of the tennis too which was really great.
Hope you have a good day today Mark and try not to worry about your daughter too much, even though in saying that I will be thinking of mine on Friday hoping they are having a great first day too...ahhh parenting.
Huge hugs as always
Sarah xxx

Good Morning Mark
I hope your daughter had a great day at school yesterday and got through the whole first day nerves and worries, it is so much for them and I am thinking of mine on Friday and hope that they have good days too.
You are such a supportive and caring person Mark and I have read what you have written to others on these posts and you provide such great help and care to others. How would you feel about perhaps joining a group that can get you out of the house and meeting some new people? You do have so much to give and I think that perhaps if you can put yourself out into an environment to meet some new friends that it might actually help. How would you feel about that?
Hope today brings a good day for you Mark and you have something to make you smile.
Your friend
Sarah

Hi Sarah, thanks not sure if i am really helping any body.I am having doubts.
My daughter had a real good day at school.I will see how she goes for the rest of the week.My son is still sick and my ex is trying to get him into the doctors today.Hes just been vomiting.
I just get scared to mix with people and know i am very good communicator or good at mixing with people.
I talk to you later,
Mark.

Good Morning Mark
I was so very happy to hear that your daughter had a great day at school, this is so awesome. It is great for her and her confidence and self esteem and great for you as a parent to know she is happy, that is so great!
I am sorry your son is still sick, that is tough on the little guy with all that vomit and feeling generally unwell, just no good at all. Did you manage to get him off to the doctor? I guess at the least probably make sure he has lots to drink if that is possible, even some icy poles! Hope he is feeling better soon.
It is hard mixing with people when you are not comfortable, I think the trick is to start small in little groups so it doesn't overwhelm too much. You do have so very much to offer and are a wonderful friend and I am wondering if you could take a huge breath and push yourself out of your comfort zone and perhaps go to a group of say volunteers or even a gardening group or something so you can make some new friends. I think you would really surprise yourself Mark, you are stronger that you think!!
Hope today is good and another great day for your daughter.
Huge hugs
Sarah

Hi Sarah thanks for your kind words,My son is still sick and we were unable to get him into the doctors as they had no appointments available to next thursday.I will have him tomorrow and on the weekend and know how he really is.
I hoping all goes well for my daughter this year.Three of her six subjects are hands on and out doors a lot of the time which might be better for her.
I still dont know what is happening with my health, they want to completely put me under and have a good look inside of me at the end of April.
Take care,
Your friend,
Mark.
