Reading your last post my heart filled with warmth how lovely people are being towards you darlin. Our dear Pawsy couldn't have worded it better saying how you must have touched their lives for them to want to chat. Love that.
Dear Grandy I know how so incredibly hard it is for you being around people and am aware you'd be fine working out the back again
On the other side though precious lady you've made fantastic progress being out front going against anxieties nag and the fear of peoples wrath with sadly way to much good reason yet you brave it every time you can. You say it's not but I say it's courage dear friend 💪(geez spot the muscle 😄)
I'm not saying/suggesting this for now and very gently encouraging you later down the track maybe you could allow yourself short convos with these people.
Clearly they appreciate and like you which anyone that has a glimpse of our Grandy would (not meaning to embarrass you lovely it's just speaking truth and one day as we've spoken about before you might start to believe the truth from good loving people not the rotters that have treated you so poorly and convinced you of untruths!).
