First of all, I am so sorry you feel this way. It must be overwhelming and feel crushing. I can understand and relate to these fears - society does revolve at times around this grind.
However, don't let those thoughts and feelings fool you. There are so many more opportunities and changes in life that we cannot expect. We might always dread the worst possibility, but our brain is often tricking itself into tunnel vision based on previous experience. This does not mean things won't change. I may not have the exact answer, but I do promise you that if you do not give up, a day will come when you are glad that you didn't. Much love.
