Hi there,
I can see you're really going through it right now. You've mentioned that you have anxiety about people in your house being mad at you and blaming you.. do you feel that you're blaming yourself for getting sick and feel that you've burdened other people, and that's what has made you so upset? Were you feeling really anxious about testing positive after everyone in the house started fighting?
I hope you can accept that you can't possibly take all the blame for getting sick with covid.. from what we know it's highly contagious, and it's inevitable that people will get sick despite being cautious. To be fair, it's a lot more reasonable to blame the people responsible for the spread in the first place.
Please don't be too hard on yourself and feel that you have inconvenienced everyone in your home. We all have to be out and about at some stage and we're all unsure about whether we will get it when we're out of the house. If it wasn't you who had gotten it, I'm sure it could have equally have been someone else in the house.
It can feel scary and uncertain being sick with this virus, and perhaps right now you're feeling very overwhelmed with the news. It sounds like isolating is very hard for you to deal with, and please know that you aren't alone in this feeling. I hope that you're taking care of yourself mentally and physically, even in the smallest of steps if it's difficult right now.
Even if it's having a phone call with your fiancé or a friend/family member, it sounds like you're really needing a support system. Making sure you're letting light and fresh air into the room, drinking and eating enough, however self care looks to you.
I hope to hear from you ❤️
