Im really sorry your struggling with depression and anxiety... Ts so hard to manage it on our own when we live alone and don’t have anyone to talk to..,I can relate to this as I also live alone..and not having any loved ones around to talk to..

If it’s okay to ask you if you have a professionals or you GP, to help you with ways to manage your depression and anxiety..if not would it be something that you would consider...

It takes a lot of courage to make your first post..and we are very pleased that you have reached out to us...We are all here for you and hopefully we can talk you through this hard times your going through...

Please talk here when your feeling up to.. Did something happened recently that brought you here or have you been struggling with your depression and anxiety for a while?...only if you want to answer..there’s no pressure here at all...it’s up to you how much or how little you feel to share..
